PRINCE GEORGE- Prince George is seeing robust new housing construction in 2018 and remains ahead of 2017 in year-to-date numbers. According to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, there were 85 overall housing starts over the past six months, compared to 79 over the same period last year.

PRINCE GEORGE - An amendment was passed over the weekend by the BC Chamber regarding the recent changes for limited dual agency representation in the real estate industry. It was presented by the Prince George Chamber of Commerce in consultation with its members.
